Brammo announced that the Hong Kong Government has selected Brammo electric motorcycles to replace existing conventional petrol motorcycles in the Government fleet which have been in service for several years. The Brammo Enertia Plus motorcycles will be driven by engineers in the Water Supplies Department, while the Hong Kong Police Force will employ the 2012 Enertia Plus LE. The Enertia Plus LE (Law Enforcement) is based on the Brammo Enertia Plus civilian model, but is equipped with special features that tailor it for authority patrol use.

In customizing their CBR250R, My Chemical Romance drew from elements related to the artwork gracing their recent album Danger Days. The dominant image across the motorcycle’s side panels is a black widow spider clinging to a red-and-white-striped field. Superimposed in white over the elongated black arachnid are Japanese kanji characters, which spell out the band’s rallying cry – in English, “GO!” “MCR” is airbrushed on the black front panel, while the autographs of all four members can be seen “keyed” onto the driver’s right side. The motorcycle’s metal parts are powder-coated black, plus the matching spider-designed, stars-and-stripes themed helmet pays homage to pop culture icons of the past.
