As the summer weather begins to warm up around May there are plenty of bike shows starting up to kick off the bike show season across the UK. Bike shows are a great way to find new types of specialist bikes and a fantastic way to meet likeminded bikers in and around your area. Here are three to consider.
BMAD Paignton Bike Festival
The BMAD Paignton Bike Festival is a bit more of a local biking event aimed more at bikers that live in and around the Devon area, with the main event being held on 3rd ā 5th May on Paignton sea front, Devon. If the weather is good, the beach front location should be a very pleasant place to be, with lots of shiny metalwork and chrome glinting in the sunshine.
As is quite usual with bike shows, there is plenty of live band entertainment planned throughout the event, so make sure you take your dancing shoes as well as you biker boots!
Also at the show will be over sixty trade stands selling everything from new and used parts to full motorcycles, as well as collectables, clothing and memorabilia. Lots to spend your hard-earned cash on, basically.
Of course there will be a full bike show ānā shine competition where the best local bikes will go on show for all to enjoy, as well as a live action arena with a stunt display and plenty of noise and action to keep everyone happy.
Food and beer tents will also be spread across the show to tempt your belly, while the kids will enjoy a wide and varied range of entertainment and rides, if bikes arenāt exactly their thing quite yet.
